The T/A is a day behind or so with the numbers they give us, those were probably issued through tuesday night Im figuring, we would have been fighting through all those shares yesterday if this wasnt halted IMHO...

But that works out perfect on Jake and Manu's calculator for the day, figure 260 million shares at somewhere around .001, at about 40% or so dilution to overall volume and you have 100,000.00 or so going back to the house again....

I think the update from the T/A reflects numbers as of last trading date. Technically, noteholders can continue to send in conversion notices and the T/A will cut certs against them. If certs are cut, shares are issued and outstanding so the O/S can increase. I suppose we can contact the T/A daily to see if notices are still coming in...it'd be interesting to see.
