It doesnt look like they were going to stop, I mean they were going to run it all the way down till they couldnt convert with discounts for the creditors, and they were basically almost there..

I have to admit seeing that they would dump that many shares again this last week and 260 mill in one day, they were going all out to get every last penny here....it disgusts me...

I think the rate of OS increase was the first and foremost reason for the halt ... about 260 MILL on the last day of trading ... of all of POS penny plays I've ever followed, this is the most MASSIVE DUMP i've ever seen or heard of.

That alone was reason enough for someone to step in.
