#14743 RE: barnstormer #14742

Once and for all, Budzar, an employee unrelated to the NWBO trial, went out of his way to make hypocritical comments against NWBO, knowing full well he (Budzar) and MDAnderson frequently release ongoing phase I data while the trials are still enrolling. Budzar did this with national media to try and make the biggest impact possible. Barnstormer, quit worrying about investors trying to make their outrage over this ambush known to MDAnderson on MDA’s Facebook page. FaceBook page for goodness sake. Get over it.

You may not remember but before posting anything on Facebook, I read the entire article to Dr. Dmitrovsky's secretary - who was aghast. He had not come in yet and MD Anderson was not yet alerted to Dr. B's pullback rebuke.

It was not until the PR came out later defending Dr. B for what I'm sure they did not internally back, I then posted the first response on the MD Anderson's page - now in the review section in first position (still). MDA found themselves between a rock and a hard stone - myself, I'm confident that Dr. B did not speak on behalf of the center when he opened his mouth - but that the fateful alliance of Dr. B and AF was a simple mistake of an unsuspecting communications person that put the two together. Adam called and asked about the policy of the center on phase I trial releases and he/she said, "talk to this guy." But after the market cap came down 100 million dollars (no mere pittance), the center's lawyers would be admitting their participation in that if they rebuked Dr. B publicly. Hence, they will not.

And someone would have to prove significant losses to even begin to think of suing MDA over this. A potential big loser would be NWBO for the hit to their market cap - but I don't think they're about to sue MDA over this. They're joined at the hip with them in this trial. So everyone has to make nice and move on. Hopefully with Dr. B's sewn shut with dark thread. Yes, June call option holders were the losers. But was their loss big enough to initiate a law suit that doesn't have a slam dunk win pasted all over it?
