Dok, I don't disagree with any of that - in theory. However that "clear public record" established three weeks earlier, was subsequently lost with the AF blog and the storm of angry complaints from shareholders to MDA's Facebook page that followed. MDA was simply responding to the public complaints. If not for that, I doubt they would have said anything. However any institution will act to repair/minimize damage to their reputation.

IMO, while shareholder anger was justified, it overcame common sense in this case and exacerbated the problem when they tried to embarrass MDA publicly thru the Facebook page, instead of complaining to them via other avenues available.
