Excellent. Well done. Totally agree. As far as any lawsuit prevailing, I doubt it. As Flipper pointed out correctly, Dr. Subbiah's comments to AF at the ASCO convention are at odds with Buzdar's and MDA's. That inconsistency should be adequate to provide NWBO a good defense against any claim.
