Jason, when we spoke in December, I warned you about the false and misleading websites you created at Peter's direction. Although you made some modifications to them after our talk, you left them all active.

I suspect that regulatory authorities may be closing in and asking questions about the websites. Is that the reason they have been taken offline?

Jason, I appreciate you keeping your word that that you would publicly admit I was correct if my warnings to you in our telephone conversation proved true. You also asked me to publicly admit that my warnings about the company proved incorrect if facts proved otherwise. Unfortunately for shareholders, my warnings proved correct.

I know that back in December 2013 when we talked on the telephone, you truly believed what Peter Villiotis claimed. It seems you may you have reached a different conclusion since then.

Perhaps we will talk again some day.
