I don't think this is very funny for investors. Maybe it is to newton, as he doesn't seem to be doing anything about it.

The SEC lawsuit clearly shows that Gene sold 2.1+ Billion shares at prices of $0.00005 to $0.00007.

Call Pendarme, he will confirm that the SEC investigation revealed that fact.
