1B that is the A/S, market cap is based on O/S which for arguments sake lets says its 500M. At a $1 pps that would be $500M market cap, which is they make $25M a year thats only a revenue multiple of 20, not that far fetched.
Npt saying it will happen, but this SS as it stands it pretty good. this could be a reason that the company would not reverse split as they could do very well without it.
