He has mislead us before on production IMO, no reason to expect he could not do it again.And yes they could have produced 688, well maybe, but most came from the LA wells which they only own 20 and 30% interests. So unless they got up to 100% which I AM SURE THEY WOULD ANNOUNCE, they will have a cost of 70-80% to go towards the other owners of interests of wells, plus overhead, maintenance, royalties, etc
Just say it would be nice to actually get that production out of the LA wells which I always said was probably impossible and still could be, but its not a home run for PDGO and to put that into their rev projections, well that's just misleading IMO.
