Yes IDA was selling shop spaces and property to home builders and business owners including starbucks and all sorts of crap. So only small part is actual medients project. Rest is other contractors the draw to the property was supposed to be Medients studioplex. MDNT

Medient’s public relations firm said the corporate officers are out of town and will make a statement later this week.

I'm not sure John Henry is being completely honest. I'm betting that he is prepping for the possibility of the studio falling through by saying the infrastructure (the well, etc) was already in the plan with or without Medient (to avoid anger of tax-payers). If I'm right, it's typical politics and just means he acknowledges the chance that Medient may fail and that he needs to look like he avoided financial risk.

PS. Was trying not to look... to take a two week vacation from MDNT... but...
