I'm an expert on retail store accounting

Seeing some expert numbers on RSH would go far... ;-)

RSH assets include leasehold improvements such as paint or carpeting, store fixtures, prepayments, goodwill, signage, etc... Much of which they will have to PAY to dumpster if/when stores are shuttered.

Hardly credible without some numbers to back it up concerning RSH...We can do better than this.... :-)

I am here for the Ice Skating Rink...

I'm an expert on retail store accounting, in addition to being a lawyer.

Then I found out that RSH sold the Tandy building and ice skate rink which was then demolished and turned into a parking lot right next door to RSH HQ.

Would like some input as to the valuation of the new HQ and any feeling as to if RSH put in an ice skate rink in all the company owned stores would it help fuel the turn around?

In your expert opinion what has spurred todays move on such high volume?

I'm an expert on retail store accounting, in addition to being a lawyer.

Also can you shed some light on as to why a company that is going BK, in some experts opinion, RSH continues to open the new model stores?

And is sheetrock in these new stores depreciated ova time or wrote off as a 1 time expense?

--How can you say such?

BK would give RSH very significant leverage on their landlords.

Landlord(s) are in the business to get paid. They don't want to get stuck in court for years to receive payment/Evict. (AKA negotiate on the terms).

BK is the last option that their landlord wants IMO.
