I was expecting more when I asked for this to keep up down to .50 .... a positive green close was not on order.... -.10 a day was looking nice as I am in a hurry for the superball bounce before all the dummies catch on...
Seeing some expert numbers on RSH would go far... ;-)
RSH assets include leasehold improvements such as paint or carpeting, store fixtures, prepayments, goodwill, signage, etc... Much of which they will have to PAY to dumpster if/when stores are shuttered.
Hardly credible without some numbers to back it up concerning RSH...We can do better than this.... :-)
I'm an expert on retail store accounting, in addition to being a lawyer.
Then I found out that RSH sold the Tandy building and ice skate rink which was then demolished and turned into a parking lot right next door to RSH HQ.
Would like some input as to the valuation of the new HQ and any feeling as to if RSH put in an ice skate rink in all the company owned stores would it help fuel the turn around?
