Utoh, NoMoDo, Utoh must be thinking that only the publicly traded shares (775k) will reverse split, but NoMoDo is right about ALL the shares reverse splitting -- my one share = TM's one share.

Allred didn't get any cash -- she got the old business of HNWS which included accounts receivable.

Utoh, I still say that if I own what TM owns, I'm on the side that wants to make money with those shares -- no one owns millions of shares of a stock and tries to destroy them.
