There is no additional review...there is no review of a Form 10 before it shows up on EDGAR. The reality that many have to face at the moment is that Reid has not uploaded to EDGAR.

That isn't how it works. It'll be reviewed once it's filed, and not before.

what's unique about KMAG's situation? they've been suspended? they're under SEC investigation? there are many examples of companies making EDGAR filings that have been suspended and/or under investigation. just look at the PHO*T filings.

he didn't file. plain and simple.

It's not unique. There are plenty of other grey stocks that regularly file on Edgar. PHO*T is a recently suspended stock on the grey that files regularly on Edgar. There is no "review process" prior to submission. It's designed to post instantly if in the correct format.
