Greeneye...good ole pumper-dumper math...you "forgot" to add in the 78 million shares in the body of the filing to the OS.

Common stock issuable, $0.0001 par value, 78,759,606 shares

AMEP pulled the same thing in their previous filing and the shares showed up in the 334,276,386 count...pretty slick way to bury the facts....like I said, best DD available, tells you a lot about a company. Much more on the fundamentals in the filings, debt, taxes, CD's, etc., etc.....
Lack of information about Investees also tells a lot....
