For "imaginary" shorty to have to pay, two things would have to happen:
First and foremost there would need to be shorted shares and it is proven beyond the wildest conspiracy theory that there are no shorted shares and all the wishful thinking in the world won't change that. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TEVE/short-sales
Second, Telvue would have to succeed. I myself find that to be unlikely from a illiquid non-reporting turd which calls itself a publicly traded company but apparently has so much to hide that it has the audacity to require an NDA of its shareholders?
Trick? Mad? I am not mad I am excited and looking forward to future developments. The company has clearly turned the corner, no question about it. They have accomplished the first two parts of my mantra Revenues and Earnings now only dividends remain. That is the one that will fry the shorts. Hopefully it is coming soon. Go TEVE!!! Revenues/earnings/dividends!
