I know you keep talking about "the pain drug" with Par... But how do you know they have a pain drug with Par?

We know one is the generic of Suboxone, but that will be in litigation for a long time to come...

Also, Par tried to pull a fast one by sending notice to Reckitt Benckiser in July of 2013 thinking the 30 month stay for ANDA's would start then, but in fact they were not allowed to send the notice until the FDA had excepted the ANDA which wasn't until April 2014. So there is another 2 years and 4 months before the ANDA can even be approved, and that is only if Par and Intelgenx win the lawsuit!
