Hopefully for them their contracts are that huge. For all me know the contracts could be for as little as a few bags of soil per month.

Lot of watercress, sprouts, and tomatoes grow hydroponically.

Health food stores do not pay 100s of thousands monthly to grow sprouts hydroponically.

Yea good things to come I'm sure. It does take time. I'm a bit scared of revenue for new store though and profit. I keep seeing a 50k- 100k profit figure in my head. Who knows any extra revenue is great though. Market cap will adjust to new figures. It already is adjusting without them.
