Companies had 30 days from May 1st to be at or above .01. Since they did not meet this requirement they were dropped from the OTC Market. This is why it was approved; at the time of approval they were still within 30 day window and still on the otc exchange.

Take the warning or don't. When the companies VP of finance confirms that a Reverse split may happen within 2 weeks then thats something investors should know about. AGAIN do not take my word for fact I'm someone on a message board. CALL THE COMPANY TODAY AND YOU WILL GET THE SAME INFO:
