WLorD: I read some of your comments over on the SI Heinz thread and I liked much of what I read. Of course you were not well received. But that was expected given the crowd…gg
I would like to see Heinz show up over on IHub, it would be a better place for his input than SI. IMO IHub has a more balanced group. Heinz has been a bear since we first exchanged ideas in 1998. Heinz initially was a regular on the SI MDA Thread and was also one of the primary contributors to my MDA Web Site for close to a year, before I made the decision to reduce my work load and reduced the site to just my weekend updates and eventually shut the site down. Heinz in keeping with his bearish commentary soon after migrated over to the CFZ for a few years. He ultimately moved on to other bear threads on different message boards, threads where the conversation was/is still bearish, but less crude and more intellectual. Heinz is definitely an intellectual.
By the way, whether October was "the" bottom is less relevant IMO than whether one took advantage of the rally that followed it. There were some online prognosticators going short and buying puts into the October lows, but you would never know it by their follow up commentary. And, many of those same guys and gals fought this rally most of the way up, constantly looking for the rally to end and the bear decline to begin once again, but you would not have known that by their follow up commentary.
Some of those folks have finally started looking up even though most still expect new lows for the bear. If I were to “Think Like A Criminal” I suspect the boyz just might want to get those folks thinking down again, before the next leg up.
