Kobi.....we may not be all that far separated in our thoughts. The happenings I mentioned (clearing of lawsuits and clearance of debt) are a couple of things a company CAN DO to make themselves more attractive to potential suitors. Bottom line if you were a company looking to aquire....you certainly would rather aquire a company with no debt and no pending suits. Its just "cleaner" that way. It certainly does not mean that is what is happening...but as WallDog pointed out, offers can certainly raise our value in the markets eyes should one come in higher (or lower) than the current sp.
We agree that even before Offor wiped out debt ledger clean, it truely was miniscule for the amount of oil we could eventually have control of.
Crazi's theory of SNP helping us to help themselves in the region is logical. As for SNP "taking a stake" in ERHC....it would only affect our sp....and put the shares they buy into strong and long hands.
