Yeah, after I posted I realized my math was wrong. ERHE's total rights are the equivalent of 50% of one block, not all of them. It's still a pretty good number with the way Mr B structured the deals, and I'm sure he will do similar in leveraging our assets.
Another thought I had while working in the yard was that Offor may indeed part with some of his shares to make the company more appealing to institutions, but he would probably do it in such a way that the controling interest was at least still friendly to Nigeria.
