Thats the point. Number one, no one sells booze on the corner because it is illegal to do so. Number 2 mass production of alcohol makes for competitive pricing, therefore people buy booze legally as opposed to brewing their own. Some people make their own beer and wine, most don't. Marijuana will follow the same pattern once it's legalized.
