I am in the military and can see why. Alot of people only shop on base or do alot of there shopping on base. Also Military think that anything at the bx px or whatever is a great deal even if not necesarrily so. We will sign-up over netflix and bb just because it is in the BX. when affes has a new product or something i have noticed they use pretty big signes right in front of the door.
