It's definitely better than the worst case scenario which is the death of all software patents. And it certainly means that the facebook stay should be lifted shortly.
But would be super helpful for somewhere with a better technical understanding of the patents at issue to articulate precisely why they are not merely abstract ideas under the Alice holding and thus patent eligible?
