I haven't lost hope yet that he will file it and that this entire episode wasn't just a rouse to allow some holders to dump. Because frankly I really really want to see that Form 10 and the SEC reaction.

But if we get into next week too far, I may have to start to question whether it really ever will show up.

I would respectfully request that you send out the sources of your facts to all involved. If you are demanding transparency from the CEO and the company yet holding back beneficial information for all involved then you are what you accuse JDR of being, IE less than forthcoming. So feel free to share the sources of your information. I have a first name a middle name and a Confirmation name. Having someone use a name, be it his first middle or nickname is not That unusual, so you may want to chill on that, as there are other things to be focused on like revenues, client growth and technology gains etc... All very real and very pertinent to a company's long term growth strategy and value. IMO
