Unfortunately, we have to buy time and let Caboose steal more money. It has to be a number that makes the stats. They don't want $450,000. The SEC and DOJ likes to sit on it for a long time, rack up the bill, secure enough evidence and pull the plug on them. I agree with some, that it is a bad mechanism. But congress likes to see large numbers, not a grandma here and there.
