It'll be interesting to see whether that expectation of getting to move forward in Clark Co. has already been factored into the shareprice in some way.
I expect we'll see a bump up early, followed by a retractment as some take profits, followed by a slight gain for the day in the end.
But - what do I know - I'm no swing-trader or savant of market psychology.
