I actually was just a casual follower of the company originally and just occasionally traded it in and out early on- I've since added to my position as the price has faded especially of late and my support has strengthed along with frustrations frankly
I know the PPS isnt always relative to whats going on with the company though- The company has around 6+ million in intellectual assets/technologies with under 1 million in liabilities and the float isnt very big- the main guy Andrew K. had had some sucessful past endeavors and has raised in the neighborhood of 70 million previously with other ventures and they have been busy adding new technologies and preparing to be a revenue generation company going forward.
Psoria Shield- just started rolling out to clinics/facilities with the first $750,000 order and as the merger markets article discusses I think it has some competetive advantages and can take some market share of a large market and thats just beginning- I expect more announcements clinics etc. will be willing to bring it on.
Jay Joshi newly on board is a heavy hitter- Pfizer a monster in the industry chose him as their national thought leader for their LYRICA drug and he has been on CNN recently and is an industry up in comer- does that guarantee success-absolutely not just that I think National Pain Centers will grow in size/revenues and Joshi will help brand and grow the other divisions including Psoria Shield and Stealthmark and he should prove to be a valuable piece to the puzzle
I keep going with a brain dump here but I have spoken to the company and think there list of technologies are preparing ready for the market.
I think these 3 divisions will be the driving force going forward possibly in this order - Stealthmark- Psoria Shield- National Pain Centers- as for the share price I think the company should be cleaned out soon so we can move back up but ultimately I know the company needs to do more to protect this PPS Since its been a rollercoaster to say the least- wish today was my orginal entry price for all my shares- I think the company is going to become more active on attracting a better audience and needs to reinforce this with revenue announcements
From a strictly trading standpoint probably 98% of shareholders are underwater here which is not good for all of us but it is good in that once the seller selling down here clears it should make a strong correction since most are not looking to sell at 10-75% losses on their money
