Agree, but that would imply that they are a real business! once again they can simply keep on keeping on, and make serious cash! think about this.... The current share count is around 8 billion, if the r/s is 1 for 1000 that will reduce the float to 8 million, and the pps will be @ $.10! Lets say they come up with something equally attractive to new investors (more and more folks getting into penny stocks every day), and lets say they can sell off 500 million shares before the tanking begins, that means that they make a whopping $50 million dollars. Yes I mean they make that money, due to the fact that now the OTC is showing the company as "OTC Pink Limited Information", which means that they can easily issue countless shares to themselves, of the new o/s for compensation! how the SEC allows this to happen is the real crime!!
