I guess they could be restricted shares, but I don't think restricted shares can be placed into an account such as etrade, scott etc.

Really know way of knowing true value until we know more about the financials of GF and the per share value placed on them.

Yes,

The shares will trade after the IPO. However, unless there are restrictions, you shouldn't have to wait past the end of the third quarter for the IPO/ or listing.

Frank stated that in a PR.

Even if it happens in the 4th quarter, it WILL definitely happen this year.

No worries. We don't get the shares until the Fund IPO's. June 30th is just the record date for the Divy determination. They are not giving away something they don't have. Rather they are promising us something they don't have.. Yet ;)

How about NO trading of dividend shares for one year?
I don't know about legalities, but
greedy trading effects would be eliminated.
Quick profit seekers would hate it,
but cool longs would love it.
