Sounds like management was ahead of the game here. But, you apparently don't get everything you pay for, when your dealing with a busy law firm.

This tiny .0016 per share company, should be able to rectify this situation soon. SEC and Corporate law firm QASP hire should be dealing with the filings according to the press release.


The law firm is well versed in representing publicly traded companies in this industry and shall serve to aid the Corporation in remaining compliant with the SEC and other reporting agencies
