Manu lost his preferred when he was terminated and all voting rights afforded by those shares....the only voting rights he has now is his commons....just like us
The preferred were options that he was given as CEO and upon termination lost those options....I have the same structure at my company....if I am terminated or quit I lose options back 3 years...the term of my vestment
