Manu still holds majority voting powers on MDNT. He still calls the shots here, don't be fooled. Neither Shapiro or Koppelman can do anything without Manu's consent, it's just how things work.

If anything, MDNT shareholders ought to compel MANU to hold off the R/S...or not do one at all.
