still waiting for the 8-K to show up to get more details about what happened with the ousting of MANU from the company....I think they owe us more detail about that....

IMHO...They do and i think they (the new management) are enbroiled in a major league tug of war in that manu has the majority of voting shares...

The are probably huddled with lawyers attempting to figure out how to wrestle control away from him. They cant sign contracts, hire folks etc. The staff probably quit once they heard of manu demise. Most were working for free anyway I THINK. Also...some of manu's tweets and comments were probably going to result in shareholder law suits when things did not pan out the way he promised (for example..the no RS pledge...not smart manu....never say never). Koppelman and others probably tried to get him to stop, go get VC and cede control like normal startups do and he would not and to prevent a CALAMITY they shut him down.

Finally, the visionary is gone...will the vision live is the question...i know most here think yes...i hope yes...we will see...
