The board does say Encounter Technologies Inc.

So I would have to say...

Encounter Technologies Inc at about 400 million shares @ .075 (might see RLAB make a right hook into Encounter Technologies Inc to form Dream Maker Entertainment or DREM @ .05-.075 maybe a later slin-off into DREM big ??? there) and I think between "Encounter" PTEL and TORQ they own a boat load of DUTV.

NPTC to be organized in 3rd quarter per PR so is Blue Bull B.V. NPTC 3rd quarter start July 1st.B.V would make it a BB company lined it up with the NYSE...multiple into that and we have a $3 share...so a hoop skip and jump to the NYSE.

500 Million F/S of Encounter Development Technologies Inc after Certs are surrendered, has to mean CWIR preferred, SREH preferred, H&G preferred Reverse Merge into the Encounter Development Technologies Inc now empty shell to form FuzzNBuzz Brand Inc, FNB Pharmaceutical Inc and with the now empty CWIR shell FNB Bottling Inc. with the merger of HFBG...12-18 month project here I think but a very good one.

Thing is ADST and ONCO look to have similar business plans and ADST is a NASDAQ shell...

Not much anyone can say or do until all is done...just waiting

Few entry points for new investors but none here...

"Encounter" (Delaware) seem to be in total control...Think "Encounter" has boots on the ground all over the web from their IP platform. Just saying and I think it is very Asian/overseas based.

Though Summer doesn't officially start until the 21st and have the proper solstice alignment... 10 days leaves 1 more like a 1/2 and a long holiday weekend. Might have to clear those 400 million shorts before the 500 Million F/S is available also is in play...imo

Though I am sticking with around .075...that is where things should have been 4 years back before the MMX deal...

Then maybe going back to the old list of the pps doubling each month...

You might consider the 1.4 Billion that Carrie gave to the church as a share buyback or 1.4 Million as they won't be able to trade them...and will have to have someone get rid of them at some point.

That 1.4 Billion produces 70 Million F/S at 5%, if shares reach $3.77 per share that is 264 Million Dollars or more in a few months or years to the company...

Might have to go to church and leave a check in the collection plate...imo
