yeah, that's y as soon as Tmmi started this court case TS knew his days were numbered and his scam would unwind. He knew there were no legal filings, Bill and company can have all the papers they want saying whatever, just like Bernie Madoff's clients had statements saying how much they thought they had. That's what makes a scam work. They got scammed. Hopefully they can trace where TS hide his money so when Bill and Fraccy sue they can get some compensation.

In the meanwhile Go TMMI. The last few statements released by TMMI came at the end of each month. Let's see if they continue that this month. can't wait

How do figure jail term? Simpson has already confessed to securities fraud in this case and he and Fernandez were the ones running scam after scam, including the 2012 bogus scam sale to TMM. Panik was the one who kept trying to STOP their scams. How many times did Simpson resale the code he didn't own? How many investors did Fernandez fleece of their money while TMM was a SUSPENDED corp and not produce their shares?

Remember, Panik and the shareholders sued Simpson and Haskins in 2001 for their attempted theft of the company and the result was that they were thrown out and new management put it, which did not initially include Panik.
