did they trade in all of them? you know this for a fact? cause it sounds like you were scammed out of your dfi shares so you wouldn't be able to vote on anything that dfi does. you turned in dfi shares for dfmi shares because you were told the companies merged. You even got letters stating this. You forgot what Ronnie Reagan always said....you believed, but you didn't verify. merger papers weren't filed. You traded your shares for a completely different company. (under false pretenses) sounds like you have a pretty good lawsuit after TMMI wins this case. at any rate, your beef shouldn't be with TMMI, and if you really do have any shares of TMMI, you should be rooting for them. If TMMI wins the case and the stock starts to soar, sounds like you will be in a win-win situation.
