I've been in this market for a very long time. I know the rules or I wouldn't still be here. The thing is they can communicate as long as its not considered insider info. The SEC is the one who determines that. What I have seen tweeted is far from insider info. Most aren't even understandable. So no need to fear. But I assume if one wanted cheaper shares before this next move up they would try to imply something like this. So post a link that would be considered insider info.
