I think your friend Larry Pancake is in the wrong business which he does not understand both technically and legally, it is a dangerous business for him. The big mistake he made is that he did not stay in his dental business which he knows the most , and switch to the high tech business which he did not understand in the middle of his career which may destroy all his wealth which he accumulated in the first 30 years of his career as a dentist, what is worse, if he lost this case , and proved that he intentionally stole the technology, he will not only lose all his wealth, but may face Jail term, and it is very serious

TMMI had also applied and received approval to change Digital Focus, Inc. from an S Corporation to a standard C Corporation. The Company will not be using the PVS/SGI codec and will only use the more robust VDK 1.0 to VDK 1.4 versions of the Fractal Codec for TRUDEF™ development.
