They were added for both the Global and Russell 3000 preliminary lists.
The Russell 2000 companies will come out of the Russell 3000 list, GALT is most likely headed there (based on the Deutsche Bank analysis).
This is a big step forward for the company, it not only means that many institutions who invest in these indices need to add GALT to their portfolio but it will also attract other institutions and funds as well as potentially more analyst coverage from the major houses.
From what I can gather, it looks as though Intercept is being removed from the Microcap category. I looked it up out of curiosity as they are one of our closest competitors for the indication. Other side of the coin, I didn't see them added to the global or 3000 lists either.
Don't know what that may mean but to me it suggests greater confidence in GALT's performance than for ICPT.
