One cannot make a final judgement IMO on whether a Stock is DECIDEDLY Going Down or Up till its accompanied by VOLUME In shares and Dollars
10 Million shares and Under is Peanuts in both shares and dollars volume wise and can easily be manipulated by retail unloading and $50000 in volume does not reasoably dictate direction :):) Just My 2 cents :):)
