I was a sub in the very beginning and let it lapse for obvious reasons. I'm a sub again and couldn't be happier.
The stock itself.....is just fine IMO. CC lends us the cred we need, the rest of the story is patience. Too many people want to get rich over night on penny stocks. IMO of course.
Setting their A/S count high protects Gameznflix from being a target for controlled takeover or buyout considering we are going to be competing with one very large company "Netflix" who has dominated this arena.
We shareholders don't dig it, but that's part of their "Strategy"
