A few things:
GreenPay was a new company anyways, this makes sense in my opinion. All Greenpay is was MJ_PAY so if they are using MYEC to process transactions why not just buy it and operate as a separate entity? What else does Greenpay do? Nothing
I don't think greenpay has very many expenses or overhead, as I said, they are a new company.
Is this amazing news? Not really.
If we are drinking kool aid then your are too since you still own shares, so no need to be condescending.
