No need for prefers to do that just do r/s. Major reason dilution nevers ends here. Why they have always maxed out a/s. They increased a/s to 2.5 billion last fall. When flight school results were way down and not getting shares sold. They went back to playbook used when it was about big aerospace deals. Just change to new hot thing MJ. It worked as they have now o/s back up over 2 billion. Also what makes it really bad is not even issuing retricted shares. Just let them be dumped right way. If things are so great then why are they all being dumped so fast this year? To close acqusitions using what shares? Using what cash? Never going to happen when nothing to offer. Were is all the cash from shares. As of March balance sheet little. Were did it all go? Flight school revenues HAVE GONE DONW SO MUCH THAT IS A MESS. That is how the current CEO leads. She has lead flight school to this terrible results. She has been in charge of it for years.
