Couldn't agree more. However, as they say "karma's a bitch". When I look at pennies, the first thing I do is research the management. If they have been associated with unreasonable and detrimental dealings with shareholders, such a stigma will stay with them and bite them in the ass in the future. Sometimes you can take advantage of such knowledge like when McZeal got involved. Almost immediately in my DD on him, he "came-up" as being a notorious pump & dumper. That can be played on.
Now, I'm not saying that DNDK is in this category, and I don't and didn't necessarily disagree with the reasoning for the r/s. My issue was, and proved correct, that they would "pay" themselves and exorbitant amount at the expense of pre-existing shareholders; thus, as Malc-stone has commented, in effect, they wiped-out existing shareholders.
Time will tell how future shareholders will view their actions.
