Most don't I don't think. Just give officers their control and share of equity/dividend payments. Well all have to look into if preferred have voting rights

Scroll down past the first document to the second. It clearly shows that the A's get 6/7 of ALL possible BENEFITS and ZERO of the downside of the commons.
