Wow QB, well back the truck up...... Sorry but I place no importance on being a QB tier security either. The whole tier thing is simply an OTC market thing and they are not a regulatory agency nor do they have any "reviewing" authority. As an SEC Filer they at least had some transparency back then, but that is subjective, as many QB companies file complete trash knowing full well that most filings are not reviewed by the SEC unless certain issues are brought up.
Bottom line is if this was soooooo sucessful and soooooo well funded it wouldnt be here on the OTC.
