Hey doughboy2.. ever buy a house and they give you a closing date? 95% of the time you never close on that date. I have bought 11 house in my life time and not one had closed on that date. Owned a business for over 30 years with many deadlines and again very rarely are they ever met. Dates and deadlines are only estimates in time that are the desirable days to close. Things happen..........
