Saw one before where Donnell made a PRESS RELEASE about buying an airplane Ticket to Colorado.

Finally it is in PRINT over the CEO Signature WHAT the PFD.a's are all about and dated May 29, 2014...

ANYBODY ELSE Curious WHY this was Filed MAY 29, 2014 when MANY were expecting NEWS about COLORADO CLOSING BEFORE first week in June..?? and are STILL waiting

MAYbe Donnell forgot to tell those she talked with Between May 29, 2014 and the end of the First Week in June 2014.

The PFD.A shares have never been converted, right? Even through the worst of times, and the best of times, right?

Is there any strategic value to do so at any time in the future, especially through this recent expansion?
