Funny how the person writes this - he actually believes everything he is told. ex "It will happen" How does he know?

1. Transparency is very important to Lloyd and Carol. It will happen. HOW? They don't have all of the records and they cannot pay a firm to cook the books...they are broke!

2. Absolutely will do the Gay Games. How? They have no money. If they get some in. They have every intention of doing the gay games. Huge undertaking. Gay Games is looking into other options to secure television coverage.


3. Lloyd Fan is a tall, quiet and easygoing man who is a pleasure to work for. "Pleasure to work for?" Has he paid anyone? He owes my friends a lot of money now and he does not return phone calls. Easygoing???? He should be concerned and working hard to get things together. He should be worried too...he doesn't have the funding.


4. Mr. Fan has put in a lot of money and is personally committed to make QTN work. He borrowed about $400,000 from Chris David to keep things running. He has no money. Please!


5. Verizon is a fabulous deal and is definitely going forward.
Going forward where? What is so fabulous about it? What content will they stream? YOu have to produce special content for mobile. QTN does not have to money to do any productions.

6. This new “team” was left with a real mess, but they are working extremely hard to get beyond it. Carol was part of that old team and she needs to take some responsibility. I think BK is in the near future.


7. Frank and crew are out! Not unless Lloyd Fan pays Frank for his 53% controlling shares. Fan has not produced. The Ssshhhiittt is going to hit the FAN on Monday.


8. Keep watching for announcements. A lot should be out shortly. Yes, a nice BK announcement. Or Frank reinstated. Just another way of saying "no comment".


9. The staff is fielding a lot of phone calls from irate investors who are angry with Frank. All they want to do is #####, threaten and whine. This takes away from what they need to do to turn the pps upward. (IMO, we should give them the time and space they need to do it right) Her attitude has been just ignore the investors. She wants the investors to shut up and stop asking questions.


10. Lloyd, Carol and the staff loved my cheesecakes! Of course they did. They were probably very hungry. They have no money to eat.
